APN: 2328-301-23 & 24; 2328-375-03; 2328-381-01 & 02. Applicant: Spencer and Laurie Kagen. Representative: Brad MacArthur and Kenny Seaman. Consideration of a Conditional Use Permit application for the construction and operation of a two-story building containing approximately 9,360 square feet for use as wedding venue and reception hall, conversion of an existing residence into dressing rooms and restrooms, construction of a 300 square foot storage building and creation of a parking lot on five parcels totaling 1.94 acres; and, Consideration of General Plan Amendment and Zone Change applications to change the land use designation and zoning of one 5,400 square foot vacant lot from Multiple Family Residential (MFR) to Commercial Visitor (CV) and the zoning of the parcel from Multiple Family Residential (R-3) to Commercial Visitor (C-3).
