Major Special Event 2020-105/MSE. Location: Village Specific Plan area, Pine Knot Ave., and a portion of Village Drive. Applicant: Austin Healey Club of America Conclave 2021. Representative: Steve Kirby. An application requesting to hold a car show in the Village on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, in conjunction with a week-long gathering called Conclave 2021. The Austin Healey Club of America is requesting to close Pine Knot Avenue (from Stone Road to Village Drive) and Village Drive from Cottage Road to Pine Knot Avenue) for public display of parked classic cars from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., inclusive of set-up and break-down times. Update to Planning Commission Code Provisions and Administrative Regulations. The Planning Commission will consider recommended updates to the Municipal Code that addresses the Planning Commission (contained in Chapter 2.12) and the Planning Commission Administrative Regulations (contained in Planning Commission Resolution 81-A) to better convey the Planning Commission’s roles, responsibilities, and procedures.
