Variance 2021-122 and Minor Modification 2021-123. Location: 40260 Big Bear Boulevard. Applicant: Andrew Goodwin Brown for Mountain Snow LLC Alan Sanford. Representative: Janice Etter, Senior Principal Planner. Minor Modification 2021-123 request construction of a 495 square foot building addition onto the rear of the existing building at 40260 Big Bear Boulevard for the purpose of a walk-in cooler, food storage and a trash enclosure. Concurrently, Variance 2021-122 requests to allow the proposed building addition to encroach seventeen (17) feet into the required twenty (20) foot building setback from Temple Lane.
