APPEAL OF WINE ROOM - 560 PINE KNOT - Council consideration, discussion and possible action regarding continuation of the Public Hearing from the June 27, 2016 Regular Meeting; adopting a Resolution denying Appeal Application 2016-063/PAP and upholding the Planning Commission’s action of May 4, 2016, which adopted Resolution No. PC2016-0024 approving Plot Plan Review Application 2016-0024 submitted by David Stone approving the conversion of three of the five tenant spaces within the existing building at 560 Pine Knot Avenue into a full-service restaurant and wine bar and construct of an outside dining patio.
