To adopt a resolution recommending that the City Council adopt an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2016-446 pertaining to Development Code Sections 17.25.230 (Residential Zones) and 17.35.230 (Commercial Zones) to regulate the personal, medical, and non-medical (commercial, recreational) use of marijuana in all zones in the City of Big Bear Lake to the extent allowed under the law in the event that Proposition 64 is passed by the voters on the November ballot.
