Plot Plan Review 2022-014 (Staff: Nathan Castillo, Associate Planner). Location: 867 Jaybird Lane; APN 0307-163-03. Applicant: Rachel Kielborn. The applicant proposes an alteration and addition to an existing nonconforming residence with respect to building setbacks. The project includes new construction of an approximately 900 square foot two-story addition, 228 square feet of new decks, and a 111 square foot laundry room. The applicant also proposes to create a new parking area and the conversion of an existing 340 square foot accessory storage structure into a future accessory dwelling unit (ADU). Note that the ADU is not part of this request, but is mentioned for full comprehension and will be reviewed under a separate building permit application.
